📦 SHIPPING:
🚚 Shipping is FREE throughout Italy for orders equal to or exceeding €1000 as a total amount. The delivery time is between 3 and 7 days from the moment the order is placed. Furthermore, for deliveries throughout Italy, we ALWAYS offer FREE PACKAGING for purchased goods. If you reside in the areas of Naples, Caserta, and their provinces, you also get FREE assembly.
📃 All orders duly completed and paid will be processed within a maximum of two business days.

🔄 RETURNS / REFUNDS:
In case of a return, you can do so within 15 days of receiving the order, and you will be entitled to a full refund of the order placed.

Right of withdrawal
We inform you that pursuant to art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
- order of custom-made or clearly personalized Products;
Notwithstanding the above specified regarding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating any reasons, within 15 days from when You or a third party designated by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the case of purchasing multiple products delivered separately with a single order, received the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform Europa Mobili of your decision to withdraw from this contract by sending an explicit declaration to Europa Mobili, in the manner you prefer. In order to facilitate the timely management of your request, we invite you to use the contact form or communicate to the email address info@xervoqalin.digital, your decision to withdraw using the attached standard withdrawal form. Should you choose this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation email of receipt of the withdrawal to the email address you provided at the time of purchase of the product, containing the return form to be included in the package, and instructions on how to proceed with the return of the product, to be sent no later than the following 15 days.
